Delivery and return

Delivery of goods:
We try to produce all orders within 2-7 working days from the receipt of the order.

We send goods to any country in the world.

In the SoGifts online store, you can order goods at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient way of delivery of goods to you.

If you have not received any information about the ordered product within 5 days after payment, please contact us by e-mail: info@sogifts.eu.
If the order amount exceeds 60 €, the goods will be delivered to you free of charge, in other cases the delivery of goods throughout Lithuania will cost you 3 €.

The standard delivery time for EU countries is 1-4 working days and 5-15 working days to other countries. The holiday period can last up to + 2-3 days.

Return conditions:

Deficiencies of sold goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania 2012. March 15 by order no. 4-243 “On Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items” with the approved Rules for Return and Exchange of Items: http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=420479.

Pursuant to the rules, the Seller agrees to replace the goods with good quality or return the money for the goods only if a defect is found.

Upon purchase of the service by the Buyer, the money for this service is refunded if the service is not provided due to the fault of the Seller or the Seller's supplier, unless the seller decides otherwise.
