The goods you ordered in our e-shop are manufactured according to the Buyer's special instructions, so the ordered goods can only be returned due to defects, non-compliance with the order instructions or damage that occurred during transportation of the goods.
Damaged goods
If the goods were damaged during delivery, we will replace the goods with a new one.
We provide a personalized chocolate packaging service. We have nothing to do with chocolate production and do not sell it. We put your chosen chocolate as a gift. All chocolate is purchased in the territory of Lithuania at the wholesale store "PROMO". We always carefully review the expiration dates of the purchased chocolate, and we are not responsible for the content of the chocolate purchased in this store and do not accept claims.

At temperatures above 25 degrees, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will receive your chocolate gift in perfect condition.
